Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

Thanks @Gary and @GreyGhost ... you're both right. I can just add the last row/column to make it slightly larger and then build up the gazebo / pergola around it. And if it shifts...well it'll be empty b/w the posts so I can take care of it at that time.

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

We have the Yardistry 11x13 at home and really like it. Honestly with the price of wood...may be cheaper to buy a ready made one instead of building one. However, they thin aluminum roof of the Yardistry concerns me for Wasaga winters as snow load can get up there pretty quickly if not...

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

Good timing for all this shed / gazebo talk along with leveling paver area a few pages back. Got this hot mess at the cottage that is effectively unusable in the heat / rain / any weather besides overcast. There was a tree that gave lots of shade, but that tree split in half so we had to cut it...

What did you do in your garage today..?

Love it when dad gets bored…he added some solid walls to my trailer. Now to figure out a way to enclose it (ideally removable) and it’ll be an awesome trailer.

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

Duct work was clear when I checked. Lint trap was empty / clear. This might be a case of cheap Amazon part being an issue (the first is old part). But they were all coiled up and touching b/w coils (which I believe can short them out). For $60 and 2hrs worth of work...I can do this...

    2026 Rides

Every season without fail my first longish ride was GTA - Fort Erie via QEW -> Niagara parkway to NOTL. Gorgeous views but 50-60kph limits all the way. Very chill way to start the season.

Dryer repaired! Coils inside the old heating element got all bent out of shape and shorted out. $60 x 2 =$120.00 in 8 months for repair of the same item. Wonder what the warranty from Amazon is as that’s where I bought the original.
