    Clutchless Shifting or better shifting

Thanks, getting Pegasus vibes from that first part. Was doing some other reading about quick-shifter which doesn't do as well with normal speeds and revs, seems you need to pin the revs to make it function well. But clutchless can work all the time, with all speeds, is this what you found?

    Clutchless Shifting or better shifting

Hey all, I'll admit I'm not the most technical rider. I can get where I want to go, but it won't be elegant or a highly skilled. With my new bike it's really exposes how inefficient my shifting is. I just do the normal 4 step shifting process, but I'm not twitchy about it, and everything is...

Site performance is quite poor today

Site today has been dog chit. (from about 10am to 3pm) IF you guys were doing updates or other tech issues, a heads up would have been nice.

    Have you rode it yet?

    I also did a thing!

Thanks, No nothing yet. Just my third ride. Levers seem ok, more the roll of the throttle. I did have a bit of this issue early on with the vStrom, I think my hand just got use to it. 🤪

Do it, they are nice rides if all you want to do is cruise around. Just get ear plugs, watch out about older twin cams if you go that route. Insuring them kinda sucks. Or is that HD bike in the garage really yours?

    I also did a thing!

I do, but it's also the throttle, plus I'm not sure I would use CC for short distances like I was doing yeserday, I was also all over the place.

    I also did a thing!

I couldn't get them on the grips properly. Ended up with a paddle type thing, which I'm going to try on the new bike next.

I was thinking of those, or maybe a wrist support.

Thanks for this, I'm not sure if it will do much, but will take a look. It's more the sweep. I'm sure you know. See this, My wrist ends up being bent to the right. I would prefer more straight on, as indicated in green. I basically right now grip more to the end of the grip so my hand/can be...

    I also did a thing!

Ok did a long ride today, ton's of bikes out! This bike is awesome! The seat kind sucks, too narrow, slopes, I don't feel planted. I'm all sore now. My throttle hand is also sore. The bars have a bit of pull back making my hand angle weird. Not sure what to do about that one. The bars are about...

Recent movies you saw - recommend or no

Watched Avatar: Fire and Ash, not great, not terrible, just forgettable. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1757678/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_5_nm_3_in_0_q_av Much of the movie felt like Avatar 2.5, instead of a 3rd movie. Like it was a bunch of plots not used in the previous movie, very recycled. We...

The Africa Twin has auto cancelling, and they work pretty well. (y)

Nah, I think you know manual mode isn't exactly like a clutch, I'm sure it works great, but you can't feather it. I'm not ready to let that go. I've never found the clutch to be hard in city rides at slow speeds etc.. more the heat when not moving.

    Plumber East End

Every time I have to deal with the city, I'm very surprised how it's run. I'm shaking my head right now as I type this. I try to avoid as much as possible to call them for anything. Just not worth it. Making this worse the rest of the municipalities seem to be the same from your experience.

    Plumber East End

Lol. Sht happens :ROFLMAO: The 30 ft is still on my side. Actually just reaches the front of the house. One thing of interest the plumber mentioned. The main line would go to the side of the house and bend back to the front where the main water comes in. This is so they dig one trench to do...

    Plumber East End

I CAN POOP AGAIN! Had a plumber come by today to snake the main drain under the toilet. At first it didn't seem to work, then they tried the floor drain, I said lets try the toilet drain again and it worked! The blockage was cleared. They also sent the camera down. There were some roots...
