Why ever would you want a hybrid now with 1,000 km EVs a reality? Makes zero sense. More cost and complexity for no gain.

technology curing range...I can go out and buy a 1000km range EV right now. and 5 minute charging to 70% That's an unimaginable time frame given the pace of change in battery tech. Indications in new battery tech are that battery life will far outlast chassis. Eliminating lithium takes fire...

Marc getting over 312 km on one charge on a touring EV motorcycle - 8 hours riding in multiple conditions, gravel, mountain, highway, town....impressive. Cars are over 1,000 km per charge and the cold issue seems solved with dual chemistry battery packs.
