I've had two breaks from riding. First was 15 years, the second was 3 years which just ended this season. Just take it easy the first few runs, but don't worry, you'll fall right into place after that and wonder what in the hell was I worried about ;)

Iswitch it up... Ride to work a few days a week, take the train other days.... I get to see just how retarded some drivers are but keep my sanity because its not eveyday.

Maybe a buddy with a mini-van ? I've hauled 2 ZX6's in my Montana (not at the same time of course)...gotta get her in from the side door and watch the windscreen, but it fits.

I always make my time on the bike/car "me time" and unplug and ignore the phone. Facebook, what a load of crap, it was cool at first, but now its just a "look at me...blah blah".

and track pants if I'm not mistaken...plus breaking the 2ball only rule.....

lol...it was some left over sheets from a sub floor build....

lol...this has turned into a parent bashing....like I said, it's mostly other kids (mine did it once or twice), but stuff happens when your not around or at home.

My kids aren't too bad, but when the friends come over (and there are some kids who just don't care/listen). Outside ain't an option....it's condo townhouse...don't even go there....

Currently I have a makeshift sort of cover around my bike because I've had the kids and their friends just throwing stuff around in the garage and bicycles/scooters/skateboards/other-crap leaned up against my bike... Anyone else do the same or have something similar ? I'm thinking of building...

I always always wear my jacket (textile), gloves, and of course boots (they're not mc boots, but are good leather and cover my ankle) no matter how short/quick the ride is.
