Probably too late at this point by yup, some of these Triumph speedo cables make quite a squeal at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. Solution I have found is to soak the cable in 10w40 Amsoil, until May ;)

Yeah, driveway was a little icy but I walked it first and found a safe route to the road. Once on the road it was a good ride in.

Been using Skidoo gloves for the last little while but they feel too bulky. Rode to work today, tried using a set of my kid's black magic gloves under my gauntlets and they worked well.
