I was there last weekend, and did some of the 9N. There was a closure around 82 heading south, but the portion around lake george was fine (only went down up to exit 24 though).

I know, I was just so looking forward to crossing the border and heading down to NY. Can't think of anywhere else in ontario I want to go. Is the weather ususally warmer than 10C later in september? (lake placid) I imagine it must get quite cold in the mountains. I do commute in colder weather...

I was so stoked on my trip to Adironacks this weekend until I saw the thunder showers on saturday and sunday. Talk about a letdown.

Was almost out the door until I saw the downpour. I don't mind riding in the rain sometimes, but sweating under rain gear + wet street car tracks everywhere downtown... some other time.

Remembrance drive is not free for bikes. Got 2 courtesy tickets there. However they may not always be there to check up on the 'lot'.
