Currently looking into PHEV hybrid SUV. Wife doesn’t like low belt line of a car so, it will likely be SUV.
Toyota pricing and availability makes it a low contender even considering high resell and reliability reputation.
Ford has 0% financing promo and looking into the Outlander. Not...
Took The Red Barron out for a scoot along the parkway before taking a European Vacation. Really enjoy smooth, quiet and powerful. Handles great when in motion. Maneuvers around the garage and parking lot takes some patience and planning.
Looking forward to putting longer rides in this...
I was thinking for those out of towers from the GTA or myself (Niagara) that make the trip. 😉
Even the locals don’t mind a stop in for a cold one and some music at The Cove. Food is pretty good too!
Have family in Westport and it’s a great place to hang. Always in the cage when we go and always tell myself I need to ride up there. Truth be told, the family likes to party and my liver takes a beating so, if I go on the bike, I have to make sure they left town before I arrive.
The roads...
Many of us are searching for the perfect bike. The all rounder that is easy to move around the garage, jump on anytime and go any where. Those smaller bikes are perfect for 95% of that. If you need to get across the GTA or travel somewhere, a cage is probably better suited to wear the...
Found working on my cardio helps with strength training and recovery. Also, lots of post work out stretching/yoga.
And definitely avoid taking on too much weight to power through. Start light and when my reps are easy for 12/14 reps, I move up another 10 lbs. avoid jumping up 20 or more...
Meh! It’s a sign of getting older! We complain about the cold and rain. Next month there will be chirping it’s too hot and seeing too many squids!
I can gear up for cold and (some rain). Riding in an oven with or without gear isn’t fun at all.
Have you set up your preferences in indeed?
I’m seeing a few postings for project management, account management and government positions in various roles, areas.
I gotta say the up front cost of any new car (ice or ev) is discouraging. And used ev can also be either high cost or battery degradation concerns. They maybe unfounded but, still lingers when considering something different from the usual.
Our auto repair shop that handles our oil changes...
Agreed! A sharp insurance adjuster can deny a claim very easy. And most times folks get away with it until something happens and test the logic and rational.
The coverage does allow for road tests and anytime you take a vintage machine out for a ride, it’s a test!
Just rebuilt the top end and doing a break in, seating brake pads, just trued the wheel etc.
Why am I 200 kilometres away from home? Those tire balance beads didn’t seem to work as...
You just keep doing you and make that blue bomber road worthy again. When you get sick of it, I’ll be knock n! Snow ball chance in hell but, you never know!
I’ve still got a full time job and it changes over time. Presently I’ve got business meetings in the GTA and thought it would be ideal to ride. It might be a little more ambitious than I thought. I could be continuous highway speeds on a stand bike (the R80) makes it less pleasant and a bit...
Anyone participate this year? I know GTAM supports ride for sight.
Have to say this was my first time and quite enjoyed it. Hundreds of countries participated around the globe on the same day raising funds for men’s health. Niagara Region raised over $9k
With a computer flash of the ZX4RR, that little 4 is worth a grand to insure each year to keep a smile on your face.
I’m hoping for someone to pour their money and effort into their recent CB1 barn find and sell it to me just because.
