    Solo trip from Toronto

From personal experience I can safely attest that even socks and underwear can be worn for three days. I only took my boots off to climb into the bag.

    This weather

My buddy who spent 4 years in Sweden said that their line was "there's no bad weather, you're just not properly dressed" That said riding all day in the rain, to set a tent up in the rain does not appeal to me.

Need help with my Vintage bike! (1978 Yamaha XS400)

Do you have power at both leads going to the coils? I'd start there. Then if there was I'd do like others suggested and switch the components side to side to eliminate coil,HT leads and plug. If you don't have power at the leads work backwards with a multimeter or a 12v bulb with two pieces of...

There is something about the power delivery of a thumper that you just can't get from a multi. I find it intoxicating. Just give the bike a very careful examination. Checking for anything broken, cracked, corroded or badly faded. That usually gives you an idea of how it was treated. Minor...

Sadly this. Like you I couldn't get a better deal on bikes by bundling with the house.

What did you do in your garage today..?

New crush washers! You baller! You don't mention it, but I always let the oil drain, then rock the bike front to back and side to side to get the dribs and drabs that hang up in various spots.

Does H.O.G. know you're hauling a brit bike in that thing? Only Harley could get away with a branded support vehicle. I've heard that if you train a Harley right it will get in a pick up on it's own.

When Trump won our portfolio got a little bump. Then he started Arting the deal and we lost almost 6 figures. That has now all returned plus a little more. @PrivatePilot were you able to time the low and get back in?
