Thanks people. It was a blast. I was right... 15 minutes late for work... the M1 bike route took me about 30 minutes compared to ~10 in the car :D (traffic/no hwy/detour also played into that).
More like, so that's the subdivision you live somewhere near :p
There was a 30% thunderstorm...
I'm sure if you've read some of my other threads you'd know what a terrible time I had getting this bike on the road. I've finally done it, thanks to Duffield Powersports in Barrie (they're awesome, I'll add a review later).
He's the route. 53.2km, different speeds, different road conditions...
Hey man. Don't go to St. Onge there is a 2 week wait for appointments. I found a really good guy with a shop over in the industrial area (huronia) and he actually lives down the road from me. He picked up the bike and even gave me the safety after just a quick look so I can get the plates right...
You're correct. It's more like "I'd like to find out how much it is to cancel". If you want to keep your number, the new provider must take it over and do the cancellation for you.
Just wanted to add something from my safety course. It won't always be the best option especially in an intersection, but they said of the two emergency maneuvers; if it's a stationary object, swerve; if it's moving emergency brake. Swerving when they're turning left won't be as effective as...
I guess $3400 for 2008 with 17,000km + hotbodies exhaust, fender eliminator, led plate illuminator and mint condition was actually a pretty good price than?
I wouldn't worry about keeping up on a group ride. Who wants to ride a bike on the highway if not for commuting, top speed or a faster trip. The back roads/twisties are much nicer even with a lower speed limit.
If you just call and offer then yes, I presume they would.
The $4000 that I offered $3400 was really just an experiment to see if I was doing good on mine, I emailed 4 or 5 different green ones and offered them all $3400 to gauge the responses. He was the only one to reply, they were all...
Not sure what the price 'should' be. But prices on Kijiji arent final prices. Mine was listed at $3950, I paid $3400 and I offered $3400 on one listed at $4000 (had cracked fairing) and he said he'd do $3500.
Do you have a princess auto nearby? What bike are you riding? If it's a 250r, they have the smaller one you need for $29.99 (10-80ft/lbs). Make sure you get one that goes low enough for your weakest bolt. I needed 14.5ft/lbs for my Ninja 250r so the 20-150ft/lbs was no good.
This doesn't apply anymore. It'd be stupid not to sign a contract with Rogers now that they've changed the way their cancellation fees work. You only pay back the (prorated) discount you were given plus a $12.50 disconnection fee.
For example:
Purchase a 16GB iPhone 4S on contract:
$159.00 -...
Your reasoning is valid. But I've done what I suggested 50+ times and it works every time.
But like I said, if you want to avoid all the crap just use the touch tone system and it will take you straight to them.
Congrats tugga! I'm new too on a Ninja 250. There were a bunch of Marauders where I did the course, nice bike
You look pretty light, I'm sure you could push it closer to 200km/h if you tuck in :p
