If the vehicle is insured with a family member's name, the cops can not do anything when you get pulled over. But as everyone said above its not a good idea.

Thanks for confirming. haha ya I need to play around with it. All this time I was thinking I needed to buy a helmet lock! lol, because when going to places like the gym, I needed a place to put my helmet.
