Did you put fuel stabilizer in the tank, run it through the carb, then drain the carb? Your pilot jet may be clogged.

Typically a Dealer (Motoretta) would need to reflash the ECU to remove software restrictions, but since I have the 70cc kit with a new ECU - i just replaced the computer. I also had to remove a restriction plate in the transmission. I plan to put all the parts on my self.
