I did a quick Google search and...

    Cheap Motorcycle Insurance on Kijiji

Pictures of scantily clad women with motorcycles. No business name. Misspelled "insurane". Seems legit. Anyone know what's up with these guys? Seems like it has to be a scam of some kind. I can't imagine any legitimate business person is throwing up ads like that.

Another new & proud 250R '10 owner with lots of work to do!

Not sure if you did, but it's a good idea to do at least some light sanding on whatever it is you're going to paint. When you scuff up the surface it makes it rough and the paint sticks to it better. Same thing with gluing things. Just make sure you clean it well to get rid of all the dust...

'06 Honda shadow 750 issue with front spring?!?

That's weird. I find it hard to believe it would be designed do that they could come into contact before the forks bottomed out. Seems like something is going on...

Very nice. IMO the look of those bikes has held up really well over time. There are lots of helpful guys on r6-forum.com.

    2015 Ontario GTA Photo Tag

I agree. The best tags IMO are when you instantly know the area, but you need to find the exact spot. I've spent a hour driving around a few blocks looking for something specific and it was a thousand times more fun than 15 minutes sitting at my computer searching Google Images.

Where do you service your motorcycle?

I do most things myself. Most of the time even if you have to buy tools it'll be cheaper than taking it somewhere. When there is something I'm afraid to do it goes to CycleWerx.

Stupidly overpriced motorcycle for sale thread

Re: CBR250s You also have to find one that's been weathered about the same amount as your bike. Brand new OEM isn't going to match a 5+ year old bike either. I bought an Ebay one and was a little ****** that the colour was so much darker and richer than my bike. A year later and it actually...

    One step at a time...

Re: Seller pulled out...dealerships? I'm not convinced one affects the other that way. Are you sure? If you hold other class licences, such as a G, D etc, and you are caught ignoring the M1 and M2 restrictions it can result in fines and the loss of your drivers licence. Say I have a G/M1. If...

How to fix hyperblinking with a $5 adjustable rate flasher

That would work, but it seems like more work to me. I already had one connection on the wires. The other side was the relay itself, which I was about to throw away. It seemed easier to me to cut it in half and solder my wires right onto that. Mine didn't have the same blade connections found on...

Who the hell insures sportbikes anymore?

I would say Dalton Timmins, but mine is with Aviva and it sounds like you already tried them. I'm over 30, clean record full M, and they were my best quote. Might still be worth calling. I would also try Intact. I got some quotes before the new year when I was considering changing bikes, and...

How to fix hyperblinking with a $5 adjustable rate flasher

That's very cool, I haven't heard that before. I did this last fall, but if I'd realized at the time I definitely would have tried it first.

How to fix hyperblinking with a $5 adjustable rate flasher

Yeah, I've heard that. The funny thing I noticed when setting it up is every car is slightly different. I'd tweak it to match a specific car, then go for a ride. When I'd get to a set of lights, I'd notice a different car I was following was slightly faster or slower than me. Also, if I ever...
