No, we've only ever been to GP or Royal and neither wouldn't really give a straight answer, which I'm sure is to avoid any liability.
Wouldn't hurt to stop in at Riders Choice to see if they can help.
My girlfriend is very tiny (5'0" and very slim) and it has become a problem finding a helmet that will fit her. The RF1100 was the closest we've got to a helmet I'd feel comfortable with her wearing, but I still think it moves too much to be safe. After some searching based on the RF1100's size...
Bold bothers me to no end. I still can't figure out how they missed this as they had to test the pants and they ride up even if you're just standing around. I've been contemplating having my girlfriend add some straps to them regardless of if it compromises the waterproof seam on them.
That goes along with Kamikaze saying the law is very grey. If someone wants to be an ******* they can make the argument that the helmet is still smooth since the law doesn't say round or symmetrical. One of the many joys that comes with laws still using an archaic method of description.
I think you're reading too much into what the OP is asking. I think it's more that the seller emphasized that all of the KM's are Highway, which irked the OP and made him question the validity of the ad. Personally I think putting "ALL HIGHWAY!" in any vehicle posting is stupid considering...
If they always smile and say "Good for you!" .. Then what are you rebelling against? :p
To the OP: Address her fear(s). The problem most people have when confronted with a situation like this is that they take it at face value and boil it down to "She doesn't want me to ride a motorcycle." But...
Also, it's 50/50 on what March will be like. Typically it's the worst month for weather, so I don't think your helmet not coming will be that big of an issue unless it slips into mid-late April.
Have you tried googling for earplugs made for your condition or something like it? Also, is it based on pressure and the earplug not allowing it to escape or air to flow into the ear? If so, you might want to try perforating small holes into an earplug and see if that helps.
Otherwise, I'm...
CN Tower is not a good example of something that doesn't need to be privatized.
407 = $0.22/km (Cost to build: 1.6 billion in 2007, about 1.7 billion now.)
CN Tower = $68.40/km (Cost to build: 63 million in 1976, about 370 million now.)
Who is gouging us again? And don't tell me you HAVE to...
Went to check these out at GPBikes over the weekend and they were only marked down to 479. Was very disappointed.
Anyone know if they're on sale anywhere else?
