Recently I had my stator fail. The insulation of the coil at the top position melted and the rest is history. I have gotten another stator and so far so good. Being tossing around some ideas on how to have it run cooler. I am considering a mosfet RR since there is one available for my bike...

This is the measurements I got from JR. Sounds like it's to wide and definitely too thin. Will have to check others.

Contacted Joe Rocket and they say these are the replacement Armour. Just requested the dimensions. See what they say.

Updated to this thread. I just completed my road trip. I ended up being hosted twice. First by a couple from Williamsburg Kentucky and then by a lady from Chatham. Both are excellent hosts. Dwellings were very clean and tidy. Both provide food, clean bed and a place to charge accessories...

Just wondering if anyone has tried Bunk-a-Biker Home? Seams pretty cool however there is rating system on bunkers which makes it kind of hard to know who you're staying with. Just wondering if anyone has ever used this on their travels.

Looking to buy a used AWD motorcycle. Would prefer to stay in Ontario but I am open to other options. The bike can be any make. So far I'm only aware of Christini who appears to be in the states only.
