    Flowchart didn't apply?

I can try and find out who that was with, I ended up going with a different bike and had to go with State Farm. I'll try and get back to you on that one!

Cage Innovation - Mercedes M Class

Your car simply doesn't let you drive. It stops and cuts the ignition and calls home for help! haha

    Flowchart didn't apply?

Ninja 500 makes a big difference. Going from that to a CBR600 would jump your insurance up to what a lot of the people complain about here. I got a quote on a Ninja 500 for under 1000 per year, at 25 years old, full G for over 5 years, M2 and clean record.

    Looking for a tough motorcycle

Honda Cub. Can run on used cooking oil, and still works after being dropped from a building. Just saying! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaeKrqJJqm0&feature=player_detailpage

    State Farm - Ticket Policy

Also, do I have to identify this when I submit my plea on the ticket (so within the 15 days of getting it)? Or can this decision be made after the fact?

Two Speed Humps on Forks of the Credit

They'll likely be removed, either proactively or by the plow not bothering to pick up the blade while going over those sections.

To be honest with you, I haven't looked heavily into getting representation. Was thinking of fighting it myself. Bad idea?

Not sure, I think there are some systems like that which detect 'drifting of lanes'. It was the first time I'd actively seen it on the road so that's why I commented. There might be other companies with similar technologies!

Cage Innovation - Mercedes M Class

Not sure if anyone else has seen this in person yet, coming down the DVP Friday I was coming along a 2012 Mercedes M class and noticed a weird light on the side mirror. It changes between a few colours as people come in/out of your blind spot. Definitely noticeable on the bike since you're so...

    State Farm - Ticket Policy

Thanks Jamie! I've been on ticketcombat.com as well reading up on stuff, already saved me from thinking about bad tactics. Got to take the ticket in this week and make my plea. Probably will spend more time in the other section of the forum as well, there are some very helpful people in here!

    State Farm - Ticket Policy

So some details that my friend got calling a state farm agent on my behalf (wasn't sure if I called if there was anyway this would reflect on my record). Silly I know. I would be a "B" insurance policy as it is a motorcycle only, not a car and rider (type A) policy.. The person on the phone...

    State Farm - Ticket Policy

So you can get two minor tickets, and then on your third you would be ineligible?

    State Farm - Ticket Policy

Thanks, that's sort of what I have been gathering from the information around here and the few riders I know. I guess now I'll have to look into what can be done to fight the ticket. Thanks for the information GreyGhost, Katherine and r6rollin!

    State Farm - Ticket Policy

Good Morning All, So unfortunately I have picked up my first ticket on the bike :(. OPP got me while cornering on the QEW, he was driving in the middle late and I in the outside. His 'rear radar' picked me up as I approached but didn't pass by him. I didn't know my speed until he told me, as I...

    Guest Helmet

Hey all, So I'm getting to the point in time where I want to start doing 2UP riding. Have been reading over in both some books I have and on the forum all the details on how to manage with a passenger and what to expect. BUT I do have a question about 'guest helmets' actually. What do people...

    Rolling back on hills

I learned how to drive a manual while living in the UK. Some of the hills there are intense and the people behind you don't give you an inch to roll back. Definitely every person I was in a vehicle with there, on a steep enough hill would use the hand brake. (Some would clutch stand, or be quick...
