He "touched the cyclists shoulder to avoid a Collision". No matter what spin he tries to put on this, motorcycle rider is in trouble with hta and potentially civil consequences. Maybe even criminal if he keeps making dumb statements.

As stated, what was the motorcyclist's intent?

"Touched his shoulder to avoid a collision."

Why did he get so close that it was necessary? He could have taken the other track. Push steer is amazing in these situations.

Didn't see but what about his pals riding behind him. Any moral thoughts.
