Hey David, I would say that is a reasonable quote. At 20 with M2, lowest quote I have ever got it ~$2,000 (for Ninja 250/300, Duke 390). Try other companies. Some insurance broker posted on GTAM, Paul South Surnet insurance I believe, maybe get a quote from him.

I got quoted about $2000 for KTM Duke 390. Age 20, GM2.

I think filtering should be legal. I'm sure there has been a discussion about standing of this issue in Ontario, anyone know of a good thread that discussed this issue in the past so I can read it? Has there been a strong push that calls for reconsideration of laws surrounding this subject?
