Yes It was pretty bad so after I just replaced it with a new one. Still no luck. I also tried removing and cleaning the air filter but it wasn't that dirty after all. EDIT: While taking another crack at it I noticed air bubbles in the orange fuel tube going from the fuel tank to the carb. :(

Correct. I cleaned the spark plug last night and was told I should try checking the air filter also. I don't have much experience with checking the carburetter jets but I will give that a try today.

Over the winter I neglected to put fuel stabilizer in a half full tank. After putting the battery back in I get the engine turning over and a low rumble but nothing more. I'm guessing the reason it won't start is the fuel is no good. Just wanting to confirm that before I work on getting new fuel...
