Maybe depends on which AI, but I haven't had much luck in getting them to give me right answers unless it was an easy one that I could have gotten directly from a google search, and even then it's usually wrong. Maybe not completely wrong, but that's even worse.

While I don't trust the AI's initial answer, I do follow the links when provided to check for myself. In that regard, it's pretty useful.

It's only been a few years since Peak purchased the store, formally Wolf BMW. Hard to believe they couldn't make it work with just BMW and a smaller foot print. Sad to see them go.
 
I really find their service has gone to crap I can't get them to answer emails or texts over warranty claims just not very good anymore.

Always a sign that they're too busy to take on more work but try a phone call as that usually goes to the top of the queue over online communication.

Or a sign that they owe money to the manufacturers and can't offer warranty work anymore because the manufacturer won't refund the dealer until the dealer is all paid up.

I'm not suggesting that is the case, but I know when a GTA dealer was closing a few years ago I couldn't get them to order me parts for like two months before they announced they were going out of business. I found out two years later that trucks had come and the new unsold vehicles were picked up and taken away. Suddenly I understood why I couldn't get a reply when I was trying to buy a new sensor. They needed to get it from the manufacturer and the manufacturer wasn't going to give them anything until they paid their tab.

Again, I know nothing about Peak specifically, just sharing my experience of not being able to get dealer support prior to another dealing closing.
