Daily sports car?

And you have to lower/drop the motor to change the plugs to add to your Porsche Experience pleasure.
Really depends on which car you have. You do have to remove a turbo housing to get to my 911 Turbo S though.

I don't think it's an issue for the typical Porsche driver, as most of them carry the official Porsche toolkit with them in the car at all times:

The funny thing is that my diesel Chevrolet truck has cost me a LOT more to own than my 911 Turbo S. Even if you throw in the tire bills.

And I take the car to the track.

Over $¼M, and still going......

While I like it, imo, that is one of the vehicles that will crater in value. Buy it if you have enough cash to burn but expect to lose a few hundred thousand when you sell it.

Back from Ohio on Sunday. Conquered the famous 555 triple nickel. What a road! I'll post some pics up soon, for now one of the rari owners wondered why his car was giving overheating warnings.

The proportions look off, don't think it's that special. Looks like an older 2000's model someone put an updated front end on. You can buy those kits from china.
edit - talking about the g wagon.

My sports car is not my daily driver simply because it is not used 12 months a year and gets stored in the winter. Sure if I had a cheap sports car, I might drive it all year long, but even then I likely wouldn't. I respect nice machinery.

Mine is. Not leaving it for the next person to enjoy. About to hit 30,000m in 12 months.

30,000, is that in miles? Even if it was in kilometers, you are working out of your car or have a very long drive into work. In my case, my daily driver is a reliable SUV, great in the snow, lots of cargo space.

I do ALL my own maintenance and repairs, so working on a clean vehicle (like my motorcycles) is a joy when I have it up on the lift. Some of my cars have been bought by friends of mine. I am not about to drive my expensive sports car (I am a tech, not Bill Gates) in the winter and salt. Besides, I don't need some clown who doesn't know how to drive in the winter or on ice, drive into it.

Its a toy, not transportation.

JDM, Euro or Domestic?

991.1 GTS in a MANUAL with all the right options and I bought it used. I have driven PDK cars on the track, nice but not for me on the street.

While I mostly agree, if I had f u money, a winter "beater" of a Sterrato or Dakar would be a lovely thing.

Well you have a real MINI. I've been in one in Europe. I call them a go-cart with a roof and they are fun to drive.
