For **** and giggles when you have a helper put it in second or third gear and get it rolling with the clutch in then drop the clutch to see if the engine will turn.
Well I have the charger on it for over night and it set at 2amps/hrA battery charger is not going to be pumping out enough amps to start a motorcycle. It's used to slowly charge a battery to full juice. At the most it's charging at 15A. A V-Star 1100 needs at least 10X that amount of cold cranking amps to turn the engine over.

Don’t think I’ll have any luck with it as such but we will see, I’ll try to get a video of it when it hooked up to the car as well or I can and post it
I assume it’s an xv1100. Check the positive and the ground on the starter - the starter ground can be a gremlin on 750 and up Viragos.

Take the positive lead from the booster right to the starter and see how it cranks.

When I say nothing I mean all it does is click once under the seat - assuming it’s starter relay
Seems the car won’t even boost the bike, cranks and turns over but not enough to start tho
Yes it did crank yesterday a couple times before it would clickIf it is, this might have been a self-inflicted issue. You said that it did crank yesterday:
Now it just clicks? Sounds like something in the starter system got blown. Perhaps when you introduced a battery charger to the mix, especially a float/intelligent one like the Nautilus which tests the voltage and tries to compensate by varying the amperage output.
That does bypass the solenoid if you went right to the starter with the positive booster cable , nothing under the seat should click.Just tried that and nothing different just a click under the seat
Is there a way to bypass the starter solenoid? I wonder if it is bad …

Yes it was attached to the nut/wired connection thereOh boy. I think you should have clarified that he needs to attach it to the nut on the starter. Hopefully that clicking sound isn't arcing if he touched the body.
Battery test with multimeter at 12.86 resting and off, once you turn the key the loads pulls it down to 6-8.
When you say you turn the key, you don't mean pushing the starter button?
So just turning on the headlight and dash lights pull your battery from 12.86 to 6-8?
Sounds like multiple issues. Your battery is definitely toast, but your starter system is also fried.
So when the bike is off it’s 12.86 and then when turning the key it slowly trickles down as the dash and headlight is on. When hit the start button that’s when it goes down to 6-8

When i say load i meant that when you hit start buttonYou need to be more specific. The above is very different from this:
