Savour your memories. While it's OK I remember it being better. I don't know if it was a product change or my tastes.
Ages ago my wife worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken and the rule was any unsold chicken at closing time could be shared by the employees. If the owner wasn't around someone made sure there was lots left over.
Sure, McDonald's was my first gig at 16 back in the U.S.
Employees got free meals and at closing you could take home whatever you wanted.
Good times.
And publish them, and you can never take them back and claim you were misquoted, and arguing you were hacked just shows you are a liar, and . . . They just can't dig fast enough to save themselves from themselves.
The last time I ate KFC was in the late 90's. I got food poisoning from it and while I miss it a little, not enough to eat it again.
A guy I knew had skunks under his front porch and nothing he tried for bait would lure them into the traps Then a Hydro employee told him they used KFC as bait around the transformers. He tried it and caught the whole bunch. I like the flavour but can't shake the skunk bait thought. I got the secret recipe from the supposed lost letter and occasionally do my own.
