How do I email 125 MB video

Thursday AM was justification for having a dash cam. I was in the cage behind a lady who stopped at a red light and a second after it turned green pulled into the intersection and was hit by a rather fast moving car. I have a 37 second avi file I want to send her but am rather ignorant on these things. What's a reliable, safe, free and designed for idiots service?

I could go youtube but people would think I'm in Russia.

I didn't see a video option on imgur.

dropbox has a similar function as well.

I am pretty sure you can still post private videos to youtube and send her the link. Without the link nobody can see them.

Or just make the video public. Courts aren't nearly as painful as a public shaming for the ****** that ran her over.

Wetransfer is really good for it. Select free, send file, press "link" instead of email, and then drag and drop the file, press transfer and copy the link in your email with words and stuff. Words and stuff are optional but recommended.

Use an archiver like winzip or winrar to compress and password it, then upload to a public filesharing host and send the link and pw to whomever you wish.

Edit: wrote that before reading. Just youtube it, besides people love that ****, I watch dash cam compilations usually when I'm bored, that and motomadness. Some crazy stuff going down out there on the roads.

others have said it
upload to a cloud service
share the folder
and send the link to whomever

Initial problem resolved by dropping off a DVD but apparently imgur is going to have a spot for 30 second videos. Only for iOS though so I'll play with my mactop a bit.

Good on you for going the extra mile.

Two blocks away the same thing nearly happened to me but I was on the Goldwing. Fortunately I was able to stop and avoid the crash. Needless to say I have a hate on for this stuff. My leg would have been between a Chevy hammer and a Goldwing anvil.

Apparently the offending young lady did check to see if anyone was injured and apologized. That's something at least.

Her boyfriend who showed up later said she had spilled her coffee. At way over the limit what was she doing sipping a coffee? Mneh. I'll take that with a grain of salt.

Regardless all is well other than bent metal.

WTF is wrong with Toronto drivers.

That car came through way late . Very lucky it wasn’t a full on side impact to the driver’s door...more of a front quarter panel impact.

Notice the opposing traffic did not move into the intersection. Must have done a left right scan and saw it coming.

Some rough numbers for a time line for the red car:

Light goes amber for 4 seconds

2 second delay before cross traffic gets a red

1.5 seconds before silver car brake lights go off

another couple of seconds before entering crash zone.

Red car crashes 11 or 12 seconds after getting the amber.

I'm not good at estimating speed but she was way over the limit and may have panicked and froze when the amber came on.

Opposing traffic was making a left and would have had a better sight line.

IIRC there was a car stopped at the light in the right lane and would have blocked the view to some degree.

FWIW I've been advised by the police that the driver of the red car is being charged with careless driving. In some ways I wish there was a charge such as Extremely stupid careless driving.
