I used to be able to copy and paste a link to an appropriate YouTube video. Now the video is not available. An arrow just takes me to the general YouTube site.

Is this a YT change, GTAM or me?

It was a change on YouTube's servers that broke Xenforo integration. Fix is here (obviously server side, nothing you can do as a user):

YouTube "This video is unavailable" issue.

Those running XF 2.2.6 Patch 1 will see this instead of the embedded YouTube video. Solution is to upgrade to XF 2.2.6 Patch 2.

XenForo 2.2.6 included support for YouTube embeds which contain a playlist ID which allows an embedded video to be viewed within the context of the playlist it is part of. While this was working perfectly fine, YouTube seemingly made a change yesterday which prevented all YouTube embeds from displaying because many of them would have had an empty list parameter in the embed URL.
