windshield replacement

Hey guys, I have a stone chip in my windshield on my 2002 BMW 325. looking for someone that will replace it for a good price. Stone chip wont pass safety, and can't be fixed .Cash is preferred.

I'm located in kitchener, but willing to drive for a good price.

Is the stone chip in the drivers wiper path?, or has it spider webbed out?

I have a guy i use in Toronto.. but any savings would be offset by fuel usage.
