ok heres the deal

I went on the royal distributing site and seen they have this charger on for %50 off

www.canadiantire.ca/browse/product_detail.jsp

costs $17, reg 39.99 at CT so I went to CT and price matched them for this charger. cost me $35 for the pair.
drove to another CT and returned them with no recite for in store credit (credit is 39.99x2= $80)
then bought this with the in store credit

And people complain of high prices. Someone eventually has to pay for it which most retailers determine to be the customer. All you did by doing this is increase the cost down the road for another product.

how dare you let crappy tire make 35 bucks off you.
most people have something like this laying around the house. cut off the ends, put some alligator clips on the ends and there is an almost free charger. And you don't have to visit crappy tire twice. and waste all that gas.

Reminds me of the guys who need a specialty tool for a specific job they'll only do once and go and buy one from Cdn Tire. Then when they are done with it, they return it.

Why buy or rent?

No he is a sumbag. He stole the charger and they probably did not make money. If I steal your bike is it okay because your parents can buy you another one.

yeah, when I heard this story, the guy was rebuilding an engine in his garage and was too cheap to buy a proper torque wrench, so he pulled the scam listed in my last post.
