I would like to get my front forks rebuilt, and I don't want to drop my ride off at any old shop where some 17-21 year old grease monkey man-handles them and facks something up.

Because I live in an apartment now, I'm simply not set-up to do the work myself.

Basically, I have the OEM seals, OEM dust covers, and progressive springs ready to go,... with $200 burning a hole in my pocket.

These are simple, old-school damper rod forks. They only have 8000 km on them, and are like new, but the springs are wimpy.

Thanks in advance.

I would personally recommend Z1 Cycletech. They did my suspension and I couldn't be happier. Nice guys too!

Has anyone ever been to KMM in Mississauga?

A friend at work went to them for some random machining job and gave me a business card of theirs. It says "Machine Shop Service" and "Suspension Specialists". Motorcycle, ATV and Snowmoble Service.

KMM is known for being a good machine shop, and has been for years. I didn't know that they did the disassembly/assembly work - only the machining. Worth a phone call, though, to see if they can do it or can recommend someone.

Ryan Gill at Pro 6.
Zaid at Z1
Brad at Compulsion Racing

That is all

If you're in Hamilton use Ryan, he has a shop in stoney creek, condor racing. Even if you're not in Hamilton he is worth the drive in my opinion.
