I've called various CT locations, ones with auto departments in Toronto and they're usually good for it. The ones at Main/Danforth in the east end and by Caledonia/Eglinton have both taken my oil without fuss for the past couple years.
But call their auto department before making the trip, I usually backpacked 8-12L of oil in old containers and that can be heavy if you're chugging from one store to the next without confirmation.
