I am just curious to know what percentage of people on here have there full M. I made a statement that about 60% of the people on here hold an M2 or under and just curious to see how accurate that is?
 
I got my driver's license (G Class) in Quebec in 1976. Driver (car) training was mandatory and I took it through my high school. I passed and had to bring my certificate to the license office to get my actual permit. The clerk looked at it and said, "Do you want a motorcycle license too?" Being 16, I thought long and hard (about 1 second) and said,"Yes please!". He checked the box and boom, instant M Class. There was no such thing as graduated licensing then.
I don't recommend it but it sure was easy.
 
I was in the last group to get full M before the graduated licensing came into effect.

I just missed the cut off, I couldnt get it till like 2 months after. Its a good licensing program though! Some may say a money grab, but i think it really helps newbies out!

Full M from way before they started the graduated system. Though, I think it's a good thing....maybe even do it like they do in the UK....link HP with the tiered system.

I was one of the first to enter graduated licensing in 1994 and got my full M in 1997.
 
I would have agreed with you about 60% having an M2, but the poll seems to suggest otherwise.

I'm still on my M2, although I think I should go get my M at some point this summer.
