What after-market exhaust is best for my CB300FA?

Oh boy... I saw your other thread. I saw a CB300F out the other day and I did notice how quiet it was. I know that there is a Two Brothers pipe that is popular with the CB500 riders. Not sure what riders are using on the CB300.

Post a pic of that beauty!

Oh... and if it were my bike I would replace the exhaust and put frame sliders on as well. If you do replace the exhaust I stronly recommend keeping the original for when you move the bike on.

Google seach 'CB300 forum', then join the forum and get all your answers from acutal owners.

Also try Google Search 'cb300f Exhaust', then click 'images' to see what looks best to you.

What reason do you want to change the exhaust? If it is for gains in HP save your money.

None. Final answer. Ride it instead.

I would not bother spending money on your bike, you will out grow it by next year and the customizations will not increase your re sale value.
Just ride it and enjoy learning.

You won't ever outgrow the bike, but the industry is set up to try and sell you on bigger and bigger.

The exhaust on the bike is set up for it.

Many of the aftermarket exhausts are not for road use, not set up for your bike, and the law is starting to get sticky about them.

The new Honda 300 series is essentially a slightly larger version of the outgoing CBR250R -- My gut feeling is most exhausts from that bike should work, however you might need a different mid-pipe, depending on design of the bike.

Also know that since it is a single cylinder, it will pretty much sound like a dirtbike when you put on a pipe. I had thought about getting a Hindle slip-on when I still had my 250, but decided against it. Also if it makes you feel better, I think my CBR650F is even quieter than my CBR250RA was lol.
