Vintage Yamaha key

So I picked up this ol' beauty outside Kitchener a while ago and one of the things I need to do before starting her up is replace the lost keys. The ignition cylinder has teh number stamped but nobody I talk to has that code.

Are there any locksmiths around Kitchener/GTA who can find a blank key that works and cut it from the cylinder?

I would imagine any good locksmith can either cut a key to match, or recode the cylinder and cut the key from there.
