The RC30 is not exactly a middling bike.

Don't get me wrong - If I had a garage I'd fill it with 80's bikes. Now is definitely the time to buy. The regular Interceptors are going for peanuts.
 
Riders Plus says $870 a year for a 1990 VF750F, liability only. That's what I'm paying this year for the FJ.
 
Lots of sportish bikes are hard to insure. Mine is grandfathered. Can't insure a VFR with my ins. co. Who you with Starboy?
 
So your spending a whole $100 on the paint job? This will likely affect what you'll get for it. Are you painting it yourself or getting a "professional" to do it? Because at $100, seems like it is going to be a spray bomb from Cdn tire...lol

^ Agreed; $100 is too cheap to be good, which is a close relative of too good to be true.

Unfortunately, it probably isn't worth spending more ...
 
I'm by no means a professional, but not exactly **** at it either. I did auto detailing for a couple of years, so it would turn out half decent. I've opted to sell it primed to the next person.
