Going to Philly (Bensalem to be exact) on the SV in a couple of weeks to visit a friend. Anyone familiar with the riding scene out there want to give suggestions?

I know a guy who was born and raised in west Philly. I'm not sure if he'd be able to help with riding routes tho. But if you needed advice on parks or playgrounds he's your guy, as that's where he spent most of his days. Give him a call if you want to do some chilling out or maxing, or even a quick game of b-ball outside of the school.

But seriously...........no, I have no idea.

LOL!
Doesn't he live in Bel-Air now?

I think any triple digit (666) road in Pennsylvania is a nice twisty road, but I don't know of specific roads in the state.

Ya there were a couple of guys making trouble in the neighbourhood. His mom got scared because he got in one little fight with them when they were up to no good, and sent him to live with his auntie and uncle in Bel-air. And that's pretty much the story of how his life got flipped, turned upside down.

I can tell you where not to go LoL. Was there earlier this month but couldn't tell you where the fun twisty roads we hit were. I can tell you that the interstates sucked. They get you there faster but it's time from your life you'll never get back! If you need any gear, stop in at Revzilla - I picked up some summer pants and jacket while there, decent price and no tax even in store. And as of June 1 the duty free limit goes to $800 after 48 hrs.

Kind of off topic….sorry….as you were...

No way, his life took a turn for the weird when he got a job with some black aliens I think.

Thanks for the Revzilla tip.

Just take rout 90 all the way to Turnpike. It will take you on a comfortable drive and lots of rest areas. I wouldn't recommend the side roads the gas start ions are a few and far in between. unless, of course you like to make a 10-11 hr ride longer.

Enjoy it, its beautiful. Just watch out for the speed limits. lots of hungry towns on the way specially in New York State.
