Keep the car. That bike is typical of those that are listed for 45,000 and never ever sell. You can probably get <$10,000 for the bike and it will be a hard sell. You could sell the S2000 in an hour for that price.
 
The S2000 is a great car. There are barely any around too. Those custom bikes are useless.
Definitely keep the car.
