I've often wondered if anyone has tried that in Nathan Phillips Square:

They put up "barriers" only 5 or so years ago, but those wouldn't stop a trials rider...

Major bonus points if they launch between the arches. This may be better suited to the dirt guys than the trial guys as they could use one arch to take off and use the next as the landing ramp. Needs huge stones and tons of experience either way.
