I posted my ad on kijiji for about 2weeks now, out of the 300views only got 3replies.. Is my asking price too high for 1989 FZR400? $2200, 30000k. Planning to buy some for sale signs and stick it on to my bike.
your asking price is insane
The Nuak bikes are JDM grey market bikes and cost a premium because they were never available in North America. The FZR400 was sold in Canada when new so not as rare but still not many around. Many have been converted to track bikes.
Cool site, need to use it next time.
Thanks for the input, it's original paint for the most part, some touch ups here and there.

Trying to sell it for a supermoto- got a quote on a yama WR426. The insurance on that yearly is what I pay for the FZR in a month- it'd save me money in the long run.
Has anyone ever posted a for sale sign on their bike- thought it'd be a great way to get the word out there while on the road.
Looks like your ad was hacked and someone changed the price. Unless you really want $400 then consider it sold and PM me your contact info and I'll be by later with a truck.

Here's a little story for ya. I posted my bike for sale on kijiji with all the info and pics of the bike in my garage....little to no bites and the ad expired.
Gave the bike a spit polish, took it outside and did some nice shots on grass during a gorgeous day...reposted the ad with minor changes to the description...BOOM! Sold in 24hrs.
I put effort into my ad and the right person viewed it...it takes time.
No offense, but placing a old bike in a parking lot with oil stains around is poor advertising at best.
Take the sucker out and do some proper shots and you'll see a difference for sure. Your pictures do not inspire me to want this bike.
