These incidents are rare. GTA is still far better than the States. Who knows what happened right before the video. Maybe the rider did something stupid.

Gotcha. Self centred driver further constipates poorly managed construction zone. Rider 0:21 appears to comment to driver.

If you look carefully, you'll notice that when contact is made, the rider is trying to pass the van, in the van's lane.

I think he does manage to get the mirror, but at what cost? It's on a whole new level of stupid.

Maybe this is why we have street racing laws now.
