Throttle tube - what to use to lube it?

Took out my old handlebar, waiting for new one to arrive.

My throttle was sticky sometimes and now I can see why - it is rough inside and has some rust like residue.
What do you guys use to clean it and lube it?

Don't lube it....just sand it down to a good finish. If you really want to use lube, use something like a dry graphite lube...everything else collects gunk.

The plastic is suppose to be a type of bearing/lubricant...

Graphite - I completely forgot about it!
OK, I will sand it, wait for new bar to arrive and try it on without graphite lube first.
