allmost forgot in stalled the tongue jack and new coupler plus chains ass seen in pics.

OK good as it will get. 1/2 plywood installed. Everything works. Tows nice and easy. All in cost is $650. Up for $850 and getting offers already.

Great transformation, I like the double wheel trailer jack. Mine is a single and it digs it when moving the trailer on gravel.

I see a beat to sh** license plate is standard on all trailers. Does that plate hit the ground when you tilt it back? I hung mine on links of chain for that reason.

I'm sure it will. Plus plastic piece from light kit so it will brake at some point as always.
