Hopefully they'll also deal with the issue of trucking companies getting suspended in BC, then authorized in Alberta, so they can continue operations in BC.

Apparently Ontario is cracking down too.

While Rebel News isn't my go to for facts they may have a point. (I couldn't be bothered watching the clip)

Why is it that a commercial driver from one province can drive in another province that might have stricter testing or tougher conditions? I know there's the province / federal legal bit but...

Get your license in Flatskatchewan and haul your 40 tons to Vancouver through the mountains.

Ontario was late on getting into heavy truck licenses. I got my chauffeur's licence here at 16 and could legally drive semi full of gasoline on the 401. The changes didn't come until the late 1970's.
