Tailor for Textile Riding Gear?

Does anyone know of a tailor who will work on textile riding gear? I have a little damage to a relatively new jacket and would prefer to have it repaired rather then foot the bill for a full replacement.

What do you need done, exactly? Do you have a pic? If it is in a non-critical area or some threads are pulling out, this is easier

A section of 2000 denier Cordura needs to be replaced or patched on 1 elbow, some stitching needs to be re-done and a vent zipper needs to be replaced. It's a fairly new Olympia Nomad Jacket, and Olympia is not prepared to just sell the shell without the waterproof and insulated liners, so I thought I'd see if I could get it repaired instead.
