Hello I'm new here

I wanted to find a route from Toronto - Barrie that goes around Lake Simcoe (counter clockwise), I have seen a couple
of routes to barrie but none that tour around all of Lake Simcoe. I'm not sure what roads are good, and if there is any
interesting stops along the way.

Any help would be appreciated.

The road from Sibbald Point that runs west along the shore is nice, but it's slow and not all that long. I think that's the only road in the Simcoe area that qualifies as scenic. Mostly straight-ish two-laners up that way.

sounds good, any one ride down Trans Canada along Lake Simcoe?

Hwy 12 is far from Lake Simcoe. You won't be seeing much except for trees and farms.

If you send me a PM with your email address I can send you a map of a route around Lake Simcoe.
I live here on the south shore so I know the roads very well.
