Check for spark? Often when a vehicle won't start after being washed, or rain it is ignition wires or coils.
Have you tried the kickstand switch?

Meant to say could the wash affect fuel
Pump
"If i was educated, I'd be a damn fool"
The pump on many vehicles activates to increase fuel pressure, usually to about 40psi. If your fuel line is already there the pump may not activate. Do the regular homework, check for weak spark, get a psi gauge and check your fuel pressure. Once you find out the why, you can begin swapping parts.
If it was the kickstand, the bike would start fine and die when engaging first.Agreed...
