Not what you'll want to hear, but Ducati electrical problems are notorious and could be anywhere. Try checking all the ground points, they likely got corroded. If you cannot hear the pump, means either the pump is shot or the pump is not grounded and electric is flowing elsewhere.
You'll need to get the bike to a Ducati service. If you have time, get on a Ducati specific forum, as Ducati riders end up being electrical experts.

Okay guys latest update..
Just came into garage, turned key to ON. the pump primed, the bike ran for 15 seconds (poorly) and turned off.

I them turned the key to ON twice and pump did not prime and bike did not start.

The pump on many vehicles activates to increase fuel pressure, usually to about 40psi. If your fuel line is already there the pump may not activate. Do the regular homework, check for weak spark, get a psi gauge and check your fuel pressure. Once you find out the why, you can begin swapping parts.

I alreAdy figured out that it is a faulty power wire if I wiggle it works

Agreed...

If it was the kickstand, the bike would start fine and die when engaging first.

I actually figured out what it is.
Its the power cable going to the pump. But i cant get to it. Ducati put a plastic casing around it so that you need to buy the whole unit.

Well i took a chance and cracked the plastic.
