He was spinning the rear wheel and it started sliding one way, then he over-corrected the other way and when it got out of hand he let off the throttle and the rear wheel gripped and it threw him off the bike.

EDIT: Looking at it again his over-correction spun him right around. He was screwed before he let off the throttle.
