take pics (which u have) and take them to court....

let them explain to you why you can't park there... and even if they find a reason that you missed... you can ask them to reduce the fine... ALWAYS ALWAYS take city tickets to court... i honestly feel its all the COVID revenue they missed so whenever they have a chance to hand out tix.. they do it just to see which tix sticks...

OP might get off on the fine but I assume the tow and store charges will stick as they do with HTA 172 dismissals.
