Sooooo JEALOUS!

lol some of us like skin,

hahahaha by far the best quote here :)

Yes, full gear all the time - you will learn to live with it. If leather is too much for you during the summer time, go textile, just make sure it has proper padding along the shoulders, forearms and elbows. Anything else ontop of that is a bonus.

That's how you earn street cred yo, look at em they all seem to be feelin happy
Cool vest you say???...

I wear all these always at the same time

I ride squid a lot of times on the street or just a mesh jacket.
I find it that if i go out in full leathers i start to get silly ideas, like "hey i could take this ramp at 150km/h!" :lmao: Or "wonder how fast this thing will go". ;)

Don't forget the "no d-bag your corvette isn't faster than my bike braaaaaaap!" need for leathers

I read this article a while ago, and it stuck with me. Really illustrates what can happen even at low speeds when you're not wearing the right gear.

Ironically I will still occasionally ride with jeans (like this guy) but I have no illusions of them protecting me. If I'm doing anything more than 15 minutes to work (and sometimes even then) I wear reinforced kevlar jeans. Actually plan on picking up a few more pairs.

It's your skin, wear whatever you want - but you should at least be aware of the risk you're taking.

Warning: Some of the photos are graphic and there may be a man's bare *** on your screen

why would i want to see some guys ***?
thats gay bro, real gay..

Leather jacket, gauntlets, Draggin Jeans, Knox armoured shorts, A* shin/knee pads, full boots and helmet. 5C to 35C. Only difference in gear in those temps is removing the jacket lining and no hoodie. Have a textile jacket but it will likely never be used again, got it for my course.

OP, its your life and your skin. Your choice, dress for the ride or dress for the crash.

Skin, skin, skin.....STFU you AGATT morons, obviously ya'll don't realise nothing can stop you from braking your bones. This is coming from a rider who wears bionic armour, and been in some serious accidents, i have nothing against people even if they wear tank tops, what i care about is if you CAN RIDE!

If you can ride the only crashing you have to worry about is watching out for cagers and pedestrians, dogs etc. If you spend time and money improving your riding skill instead of spending all that money to look like a faqing power ranger and riding like a goody two shoe on the streets whats the point of wearing all that gear? that looks more idiotic then a squid who can actually ride it hard, yea if he/she falls they will get facked up, but i still have more respect for them then the douschebags in power ranger costumes on the STREET riding around like their in a pit lane, keep that AGATT talk where it belongs, ON THE TRACK!

Im all for body armour, but most important is making sure you can RIDE... everything else is BS! I've seen guys never wear any armour, and run laps around these so called middle aged AGATTS, unless you're ghost rider on the streets AGATT is not necessary, riding skill IS!
