It may be time to replace (most of) my cobbled together sets of sockets... and the black will look very cool.![]()
I saw that at the store! But the Stanley set has all the sizes I need for the maintenance I will do on my bike (mainly 10mm, 17mm, and Phillips #3).Your post got me to find this one;

I bought this exact set couple years ago on sale for similar price. It has served me well but if you're planning to do any auto work I'd suggest going with the larger set that includes a 1/2" drive.
One drawback to the big sets is that half the sockets are SAE and never get used unless you own a Harley.

Buy a hammer at the same time as the socket set. They'll fit fine.
Mastercraft cases really suck though, since all the tools tend not to stay in their slots. Everytime i take out my set and open the case, the tools are all over the place, especially the sockets. Tools themselves are pretty good, had it for about 7 years without any problems.
My Maximum set is the opposite - I am having hard time pulling out the sockets, every single time![]()

this set goes on sale for around 150$ often. And to loosely quote a classic movie "If you can't find the tool you need in THIS set, you have no business being in a garage"
