I ordered a 2003 636 sick innovations cage on April 3 straight from the sick innovations website.
I emailed them a week after I ordered requesting a tracking number.
On April 12th they responded "sorry we thought we had one in stock. it will be shipped today or monday"
I emailed another 2 weeks later asking for a tracking number. No reply.
So I emailed again yesterday.
Today I finally got a reply saying "sorry we're really busy, we're trying to keep up. we'll ship out today"
Today is May 1st. Needless to say I'm kinda cheesed that it hasn't even shipped yet, nor did they voluntarily email me and to keep me informed of delayed shipping times.
I was writing an angry email and decided to chill out a bit before sending.
Is it one of those suck it up buttercup deals and wait.... or is there anything I can do?
