Found a screw in my rear tire this morning...had both tires done last month. Probably around 1000-1500kms.

Not sure what to do...

Should I just patch it for the rest of the season?
Or
Bite the bullet and buy a new rear tire?

Wierd...my rear tire bolts on...

Your tire is screwed.....lol

Seriously, just have it fix, no need to buy a new one

Depends on whether you trust a patched tire, or not. Plenty of people do and have done thousands of Kms on them. I don't and would buy a new tire.

Patch it for the remainder of the season.

See how you feel come spring

Take it to a reputable tire shop and have it patched!
Had a nail in mine , had it patched with a good patch, and i have no fears of doing some good speeds.

Funny it happen the same thing to me, i have a two months old tire, after work i notice the rear tire was flat. I patched it and its been over a month now so far so good lol

Thanks guys, I had a temporary plug put in just so I can beat around this weekend, gonna take it to a tire shop on Tuesday to put a patch on. Thanks again.

I went through the exact same thing near the beginning of the season.
I got my rear tire patched by Rosey Toes.. he did a good job and the tire has been great ever since. No leaks. It doesn't bother me at all.
