Yup - you were pretty cold - you got to watch hypothermia as it creeps up and that was the right temp 3 degrees and wet. Had fun tho -:D

Only my hands. The rest of me was warmer.

Forgot to put on some "surgical" gloves before heading out so they got wet.

This morning wasn't bad at all. Tomorrow I want to go for a boot just to see how bad it really is on a bike.

I have yet to try this surgical glove trick haha my hands are always cold too

I'm scared of the limbs falling out of the sky.

[h=2]DETAILS[/h]Hurricane Sandy is forecast to track from the Atlantic ocean into the New Jersey shoreline this evening as it transitions into a powerful post-tropical storm. Winds will increase out of the north to northeast today at 40 gusting to 60 km/h in most areas. They will intensify further this evening to 60 gusting at times to 90 km/h accompanied by heavier bands of rain as Sandy begins to move across Pennsylvania. Winds may be even stronger in the Niagara and Sarnia regions where gusts over 100 km/h are possible. They may also gust a little stronger over higher terrain. Winds will begin to ease below warning criteria on Tuesday morning. Sporadic power outages are quite likely across the warned regions due to falling limbs and the odd toppled tree taking out hydro lines.

Rode the bike to work today *yawn*
Me too....and I'm looking outside as everything dries up. My only concern is about the construction signs on Front Street blowing down the street and into my bike......

I thought he was going door-to-door now.....(if you live in Mississauga/Brampton, you know who this guy is...cuz you have a note pad from him...)

They keep your hands from getting wet, which is really helpful because wet things get a lot colder when wind hits it. My hands were numb within 10 minutes of riding, while everything else was fine.

Nice ride up to the Forks - windy but warmer than yesterday and no rain.

soo far.....just looked at the radar - oh well - it's a narrow band - still better grab the rain jacket from the top case..

Okay I lied - it's pouring - did not even notice - oh well got the wet gear out.''

Why anyone would be out right now riding is pretty crazy. I seen bikes and mopeds already knocked down from the wind. Why take the chance?
